The deceased, identified by the police as 29-year-old Anjana Saini, reportedly hung herself from the ceiling fan, police said.
Saini was unmarried and working in a private firm in the city. The reason of the suicide is yet to be ascertained.
The incident came to fore on Wednesday morning. Saini was taken to Fortis Hospital where she was declared brought dead. The body has been sent for postmortem to ascertain the exact cause of death.
Police have found a suicide note from her room. Saini, in her suicide note, has said that she is committing suicide on her own will and no one should be held responsible for it. Police have not revealed further content of the note and are analyzing it.
Anjana Saini was found hanging in her house inside the school premises early Wednesday.
The note will be sent to verify the handwriting.
The police have initiated inquest proceedings under 174 CrPC into the case and are waiting for the autopsy report. Prima facie ruled out any foulplay.
