Mirror has learnt that the two have jointly purchased a property in the plush area of Andheri west. They are currently renting a 5BHK apartment in the same locality while waiting to get the possession of their flat.

A source close to Saqib told us, "Both the siblings are really close and since they are doing well professionally, they decided to invest in property. They plan to invite their parents to stay with them in Mumbai once they move in."
When we contacted Saqib, he confirmed the news. "Having grown up in Delhi, we're used to big spaces. After a lot of running around, we finally got a house reminiscent of our Delhi abode," he said adding that a house-warming party is due on the same day as his birthday - April 8.

"We're yet to figure out the interiors and the furniture. The party will be out of the way before we do up the house. That way we don't stand the risk of getting our new stuff dirty," he laughed. The actor added that thanks to films, he now shares a great bond with Huma.
"Although I wasn't the best of friends with my sister in Delhi, living together in Mumbai and Bollywood has brought us closer," he said.
