"I have sought a meeting with him, let me see whether he can get me justice. If my back permits me, I will come myself, else I will send my son," says Manoj Kumar, who's looking to get back about 45 acres of land acquired by the Delhi government in 2005 in Narela.

"Acquired is the wrong word, it was grabbed, using a 1892 British law unjustly. Our whole family used to meet there and I also used to stay there two months in a year. I told the government then that they have made me a refugee again. If they wanted part of it for road widening, or safety purposes, I can understand, lekin yeh kahan ka insaaf hai ke mujhse ek rupaiye mein leke, 100 rupaiye mein ussey builders ko bech do? Also, 90% of the land is still lying unused, even though they said it was needed for urgent development purposes. I have written 6-7 letters to the LG and to the Delhi government, but not one has been answered. Now I want to see what Kejriwal can do," says Manoj, who says he played a role that could fit Arvind Kejriwal to the T in a 1970 film called Yaadgaar.
